Minister of State Tareq Haj Ali Confirmed that the process of reforming the state is a continuous process in which all state institutions and institutions participate in order to raise productivity in all workplaces to provide distinguished service to citizens.
The Minister of State at the Council of Ministers pointed out the importance of developing a work plan for the year 2019. He pointed out that this forum aims to raise the ceiling of leadership skills and cross-fertilization of ideas and exchange of experiences and provide agents to the general policies of the state to reach a common understanding of the issues of the overall decision-making, Knowledge of the development of the management science and benefit from the technical development in the management of the state work and completion of the e-government project and work in a team spirit.
The Forum reviewed working papers on public policy and decision-making, evaluation of evidence, reports and decision-making, reform experiences in the public sector, and the speed, responsiveness and efficiency of the public sector in times of crisis. Participants at the forum emphasized the importance of developing well thought out plans and standards to train and raise the capacity of civil servants in accordance with the needs and attention to planning in order to develop the executive process.
