State Minister at the Council of Ministers, Um Salamah Mohammed Ismail called to develop a sense of national pride in the documentary heritage to enhance the contributions of the House of Documentation in improving and rationalizing the decision-making industry.
The State Minister stressed the importance of establishing a role for documents in the states, providing the House with publications and modern publications, and recovering Sudan's foreign records. She also stressed the need to take advantage of modern technologies in conservation. And the archiving of documents, and directed sovereignty by cataloging and indexing documents to facilitate the search procedures.
For his part, Professor Kubshur Koko, Secretary-General of the National Library of Egypt, stressed the importance of promoting and raising awareness of documentation, promoting its work, developing knowledge and attention to national documents.
