Institutionalization and Capacity Building Sector discusses the guidelines, work plan and functions of the sector in the coming phase

The Institutionalization and Capacity Building Sector convened the joint coordinative meeting of the sector with the Technical Committee for the year 2010 at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers headed by Minister of Human Resources Development Ustaz Kamal Abdulatif. The meeting tackled the guidelines, work plan and functions of the Institutionalization and Capacity Building Sector during the coming phase where the sector directed setting plan for training and capacity building for Southern Sudan in order to contribute in enhancing unity, giving concern to training in the technical and technological field as well as setting joint plan for supporting unity. On the other hand the meeting was briefed on the steps of Preparations of the National School Tournament to be convened in Southern Sudan, and the arrangements of the Eighth Information Forum to be convened in Juba on 26-27 of the current where the meeting confirmed convening its first meeting in Juba in coincidence with the Forum.
