On his visit to the Media Center of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers this day 14/7/2010 accompanied by a high level delegation from the Ministry of Communication, the First Engineer at the Ministry of Communication and Postal Services at the GoSS Saymon Philip praised the Secretariat General experiment in the field of networks and information systems.
The visit came in the frame work of paving the way for the convention of preparation round for the 8th Information Forum which will be convene in 27-28 current in Juba in participation of  Communication Ministers at the Southern States, Ministry of Finance, Government's secretaries, Managers of the Information Centers at the Northern States, Communication Companies and Organizations working in the field of communication and information technology.
