 The State Minister at the Council of Ministers Ustaz Ahmed Kurmeno call for improving the rainfall drainages in the Blue Nile State to avoid rainfall disasters. That came in the meeting in his office today noon 8/8/2010 at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, with Mr. Abbas Mohamed Abdurahman Mohamed Abdurahman, Minister of Humantarian and Organizations Affairs in the State and Mr. Ramadan Yasin Director General of the ministry . The meeting discussed the way of creating a mechanism to support the ministry for encountering rainfall problems.
